Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately at info@delsdiscountfurniture.com or +1 470-907-1080
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment
  • If successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

Important: Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and once an order enters our shipping workflow, we may not be able to stop it.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped:

  • The order cannot be cancelled
  • You will receive tracking information via email
  • You may refuse delivery when the carrier attempts delivery (the package will be returned to us)
  • Alternatively, you may accept delivery and initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy (30-day return window)

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a shipped order:

  • The package will be returned to us
  • Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for refused deliveries
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • If you paid for expedited shipping, those fees are also non-refundable

Orders Placed After 5:00 PM CST

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed the next business day, giving you more time to request cancellation. Contact us as early as possible on the following business day.

Weekend and Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You have until processing begins to request cancellation.

Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some items:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Specify which items you want to cancel
  • We will attempt to accommodate partial cancellations if the order has not been fully processed
  • If some items have already shipped, you may return them following our return policy

Out of Stock Cancellations

If we must cancel your order due to stock unavailability:

  • We will notify you via email within 1–2 business days
  • You will receive a full refund including any shipping fees paid
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • You may choose to wait for restock if the item will be available soon

Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious without prior notice. If your legitimate order is cancelled in error, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful:

  • Full refund issued to original payment method (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days
  • Allow 5–10 additional business days for your financial institution to post the credit
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

After-Hours Requests

If you contact us outside business hours:

  • Your request will be processed on the next business day
  • The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of stopping the order
  • Check your email for confirmation of cancellation status

Alternative to Cancellation

If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return the item

  • Standard return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to our error
