Warranty Coverage
Dels Discount Furniture LLC warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
This warranty covers defects discovered:
- Within 48 hours of delivery for Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims
- During the 30-day return period for manufacturing defects not immediately apparent
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact us at info@delsdiscountfurniture.com with your order number

- The damaged or defective item
- The packaging (if damage appears shipping-related)
- All angles of the defect or damage
- Any missing or broken parts
- We will review your claim and provide a resolution within 1–2 business days
Resolution Options
For valid warranty claims, we may offer:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement item at no charge, including free return shipping for the defective item
- Full Refund: Complete refund including original shipping costs
- Partial Refund: If you choose to keep an item with minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Repair Parts: Replacement parts or repair instructions when applicable and agreed upon
- Store Credit: Credit toward a future purchase (only if you prefer this option)
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use
- Missing parts or hardware at time of delivery
- Damage that occurred during shipping (reported within 48 hours)
- Items that do not match the product description
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

- Improper assembly or installation
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Accidents or impacts
- Modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from pets, children, or environmental factors (sunlight fading, moisture, temperature)
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (if not reported within 48 hours)
- Damage from commercial use or rental
- Color or finish variations from display images (due to monitor settings)
- Minor imperfections consistent with the product's price point and materials
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

Assembly and Care
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Follow all assembly instructions carefully
- Use only the hardware and parts provided
- Do not over-tighten screws or bolts
- Follow care and maintenance instructions
- Keep assembly instructions for future reference
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or store credit as determined by Dels Discount Furniture LLC at our sole discretion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied
- We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Return of Defective Items
For warranty claims requiring return:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible
- Include all parts, hardware, and accessories
- Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to make a warranty claim. Please retain your order confirmation email.
